Negotiation Service is for those who have sourced their preferred property, and inspected it, but are unfamiliar with what to do next. This service includes the provision of pre-auction offer(s) and/or bidding on your behalf at the auction.

Our service is simple and flexible. You choose the property you like, arrange for a viewing, and once you have decided to make an offer, we will provide you with a range of options. If the property is over your budget, we can recommend properties in other areas that are more suited to your needs.
